The site outlines all of the activities offered at Hilversum's Salvation Army as well as a historical reference.  There is also a section where users may learn about various volunteer opportunities with a clear underlying message that the Hilversum Corps is always in need of many more helping hands to achieve its goals in society. The site, in fact, was also developed by a volunteer.  Amanda Joy, a young American woman, joined the Salvation Army about a half a year ago as a volunteer and made her mark by developing the Chapter's site.  She administers and maintains the site as the Corps local webmaster.
