Born in Georgia(USA) and raised in Maine(USA), Ms. Amanda Joy has lived 24 years in the United States. On January 1, 2001, Ms. Joy moved to Athens, Greece. Ms. Joy spent 2 1/2 years in Greece.  During her stay there, she studied C/C++ programming at New York College - Athens while working as a Corporate Webdesigner at a Well-Known art gallery in Downtown Athens for a year and a half. In mid-May of 2003, Ms. Joy moved to the Netherlands. Ms Joy has already completed an intensive 5-month Dutch intensive language program (James Boswell Institute, Utrecht) and is a Volunteer with The Leger des Heils, Hilversum (Holland's Salvation Army).  She is constructing and maintaining a website for this organization. Ms. Joy  studied abroad for a semester in Besancon, France and has traveled Europe numerous times. Languages: Amanda Joy speaks: English (mother tongue), French, Greek and "redelijk goed" Dutch.. Ms. Joy began constructing web pages during her Freshman Year of College.
